Chinese Medicine Moxibustion and Beauty

The concept of beauty in traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion is different from general cosmetic beauty and surgical beauty. One is essential, while the other is superficial. Cosmetics can cover up your shortcomings, and surgery can alter your structure, satisfying your temporary vanity, but none of these can give you true health. Health can keep you youthful, radiant, mentally sharp, and agile in reaction, which is a different level of beauty. By taking medicine, getting injections, or exercising, you may achieve some of the results you expect. But none of these are as good as moxibustion. Moxibustion is the most effective way to dispel fatigue, restore energy, replenish physical strength, and balance yin and yang. Many women have uneven and unclean skin, which is often caused by endocrine disorders, but in fact it is due to insufficient yang energy, not what is commonly referred to as "heat".

There are several types of women:

1. Women with widespread acne often suffer from severe leukorrhea. "Clearing heat and detoxifying" often has no effect because their heat is usually false heat rather than real heat. Supplementing yang energy is not enough, let alone making things worse. Therefore, moxibustion is the best choice. Using moxa sticks or smokeless moxa sticks in combination can also reduce this symptom to a certain extent and achieve the best results.

2. Women with chloasma often have liver and kidney deficiency, and their body constitution is severely acidic. Moxibustion treatment often yields unexpected results.

3. Overweight women are not necessarily over-nourished. The concept of over-nutrition is just a Western medical term; there is no such saying in traditional Chinese medicine. If any TCM doctor says so, he must be half-baked. Even obese children are often not over-nourished, but lack sufficient yang energy. This is often because during pregnancy, the parents had frequent sexual intercourse, leading to the child's congenital insufficiency, imbalance of liver and kidney functions, and spleen's inability to metabolize. Overweight women often have hidden diseases such as excessive blood loss. Obesity is often due to spleen and kidney yang deficiency, while being too thin is often due to liver and kidney insufficiency.

4. Women whose nipples become darkened prematurely or have inverted nipples often have serious liver and kidney deficiency, and cold deficiency in Chong and Ren meridians. Some even have cough problems. Moxibustion has very good effects on these issues.
