Global Warming Reduces Food Production and Threatens Human Survival (Photo)

According to foreign media reports, a recent scientific study showed that rice, the most important food source for human which fed half of the world's population, would see a sharp decline in production in the next few years due to the global greenhouse effect.

The report said that the poorest regions in the world, including Africa, would be affected first. Currently, the output of rice needed to be increased by about one third in order to meet the needs of the growing global population.
