1. Finger expansion exercise: Apply an appropriate amount of lubricant on the right index finger, first press and rub the anal opening for 1 minute, then slowly insert it into the anus up to two finger joints, expand the anus in four directions for 3 minutes, with even force, avoid using inappropriate violence, you can do it once after defecation and before sleep. Especially suitable for patients after anal surgery, patients with anal canal annular stenosis and late-stage anal fissure.
2. Supine knee bending exercise: Lie supine and bend your knees, raise your head, stretch your right hand to your left knee, then relax and restore; bend your knees and raise your head again, stretch your left hand to your right knee, then relax and restore. Do this exercise 30 times each time.
3. Rapid contraction exercise: You can quickly contract your anus, do it 30 times per minute, and you can do it 2-3 times a day.
4. Anal elevation exercise: Sit quietly, relax, tighten the buttocks and thighs, close your eyes, and lift the anus when inhaling, hold your breath slightly after lifting the anus, then exhale and relax your whole body. Do 90 repetitions each time, three times a day, once after defecation and before sleep.
