The True and Complete Version of the Great Yang Secret Technique
During the Jiajing period, a notorious thief named Niu Mo encountered an unusual person in his youth who taught him a unique method. Even after turning ninety, he remained strong and energetic, not only committing theft but also indulging in debauchery and other evil deeds. He was eventually captured. Before his execution, the supervising official asked him, "At the age of ninety, you still have abundant energy. Do you possess any extraordinary skills?" He replied, "Have you not heard that soil can become brick and wood can turn into charcoal, remaining undecayed for thousands of years? It's all due to fire power..." The authorities allowed him to avoid death if he revealed his secret technique. Later, Niu reformed himself, living up to the age of 152 without illness.
This martial art is based on ancient methods combined with modern principles of qigong, acupuncture, and massage, refined and compiled into a comprehensive system. Practicing this art yields noticeable results in fitness, yang enhancement, and curing erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation within a short period. It also provides immediate relief for minor ailments. Long-term practice can lead to longevity and the elimination of various diseases.
The method involves using several special techniques to massage specific acupoints on the body for 10-20 minutes every morning and evening.
There are four techniques:
First Technique:
1. Lie flat on your bed every morning (before getting up) and evening (before going to sleep). Keep the pillow as low as possible, stretch your legs naturally, and keep them shoulder-width apart.
2. Use your left hand to gently grasp and massage both testicles, the epididymis, the spermatic cord, and the base of the penis with slight force until a tolerable pain is felt. Women should massage their breasts instead.
3. Simultaneously, press your right thumb on the navel, place your index finger on the middle finger, and use the fleshy part of the middle finger to massage along the line from the navel to the base of the penis for ten minutes. The speed should be around 70-90 strokes per minute, with one stroke consisting of a back-and-forth motion.
This is an extremely important technique for the first stage of practicing this art. This technique activates true yang energy and promotes its circulation, making it essential for yang enhancement and treating erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
Second Technique:
Lie flat on your bed every morning and evening, bare-chested. If it's cold, cover yourself with a blanket. Place both hands together, and starting from the navel, use the fingertips and palm root of your left hand to massage counterclockwise 100 times, then clockwise 100 times with your right hand, and finally counterclockwise again 100 times with your left hand.
This is a wonderful method for strengthening the spleen and stomach. Some people have cured chronic stomach problems lasting over a decade by using just this technique within three months. For occasional indigestion or general gastrointestinal discomfort, this technique offers immediate relief.
Counterclockwise direction replenishes while clockwise direction drains. The sequence of left-right-left is replenishing and suitable for elderly individuals with loose stools and clear, long urination. For those with hard stools, obesity, red face, and dry mouth, the draining sequence of right-left-right should be used.
Note: Two replenishments with one drainage constitute replenishment (left-right-left), while two drainages with one replenishment constitute drainage (right-left-right). Avoid single replenishment or single drainage. Individuals with normal spleen and stomach functions can use balanced replenishment and drainage, following either left-right or right-left sequences.
Third Technique:
Sit cross-legged on the bed every morning and evening, facing south. Close your eyes lightly, place both hands together, and simultaneously use the fingertips of both hands to cross-massage the Yongquan points on the soles of your feet 200 times each. The Yongquan point is located at the depression one-fifth of the way from the tip of the big toe to the heel. Massaging this point nourishes yin, replenishes the kidneys, exercises the five organs and six viscera, activates internal qi in the kidney meridian, strengthens the body, and prevents premature aging.
Fourth Technique:
Rub your ears with both hands simultaneously, regardless of position. Rub from top to bottom until they become warm and red. This is a holistic therapy because the ear is a microcosm of the body, with corresponding acupoints for every part of the body. Rubbing the ears is equivalent to a full-body massage. Pain points on the ears indicate corresponding health issues in the body. When such pain points are discovered, they should be massaged with increased pressure. Once the pain points disappear, the corresponding health issues in the body will also be resolved. This principle is similar to auricular acupuncture. Inside the earlobe, there is a pressure point for neurasthenia, which can effectively treat mental fatigue when pinched. Massaging or needling the Guangming and Zhong points on the ear can uniquely alleviate high fevers caused by colds and stop vomiting.
The entire set of techniques is practiced in two stages:
First Stage:
Start with the first technique for ten minutes, followed by the second technique for about three minutes. Practice for a total of 36 days. This stage is the most crucial.
Now, let's introduce the theory of "Meridian Typology."
This theory suggests that there are four types of meridians in the population:
1. Extremely sensitive type;
2. Insensitive type;
3. Sensitive type;
4. Dull type.
In the population, approximately 10% belong to the extremely sensitive type, 40% to the sensitive and insensitive types respectively, and 10% to the dull type, forming a small-two-large distribution. People belonging to the extremely sensitive type often feel heat, coolness, numbness, soreness, heaviness, or itching in the soles of their feet after only one or two massages using the first technique (mostly heat sensation). This phenomenon is called "obtaining qi," indicating the movement of true qi within the body. Those belonging to the sensitive type may experience these sensations after 3-5 massages. Those of the insensitive type may obtain qi after 3-5 days of massage. For those of the dull type, no sensations will occur in the soles of their feet, meaning they won't obtain qi. These individuals, lacking qi sensation, might lose confidence. However, if they persistently practice correctly, they can still achieve health and longevity benefits.
Second Stage:
Use the first and second techniques for about ten days. Generally, appetite increases, sleep becomes sounder, and a warm flow (or sensations like coolness, numbness, soreness, heaviness, etc.) gradually moves from the lower dantian (three horizontal fingers below the navel) through the huiyin point (between the anus and the genitals), the weilü point (the coccyx behind the anus), the mingmen point (on the spine opposite the navel), the dazhui point, the yuzhen point, to the baihui point on the top of the head, then through the upper dantian (forehead) and the middle dantian (between the nipples) back to the lower dantian. This phenomenon is known in qigong as the "Small Heavenly Cycle." The time required to open the Small Heavenly Cycle varies depending on individual meridian types. When these sensations are noticed, they can be guided with intention to accelerate the completion of the Small Heavenly Cycle. Intention involves imagining the qi moving step by step along the described path. Where intention goes, qi follows. This is called intentional guidance. Modern qigong considers intention a kind of "force" called "intentional force." For example, extracting pills from a sealed medicine bottle in qigong is achieved through "intentional force."
Qigong practitioners believe that once the Small Heavenly Cycle is opened, the body's immunity significantly improves, reducing the likelihood of disease.
In the first stage, from the start of practice to around 15 days, at most 20 days, normal males experience nocturnal penile erection. Patients with erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation begin to see improvements. During this time, sexual intercourse should be strictly avoided, especially during the first 36 days. It's better to allow natural seminal emissions rather than engaging in sexual activity. While natural seminal emissions are somewhat better than sexual intercourse, fundamentally, retaining true yang without external loss is preferable.
A method to suppress sexual desire is: when the penis becomes erect, clear your mind, close your eyes, focus inwardly (imagine) on the huiyin point, and relax the huiyin area. After a few minutes, the erection subsides. With prolonged practice, primordial yang fills up, leading to improved health. This is the key to successfully achieving health and longevity through this technique. Otherwise, it risks becoming what is referred to in folk terms as "bedroom arts" or "yang enhancement methods," leading down a wrong path.
Other notes for the first stage include:
1. Within 3-5 days, the fingers, palms, wrists, elbows, and arms of the right hand may feel sore and uncomfortable, especially for older or weaker individuals. Persisting for around ten days will naturally adapt.
2. The dantian point below the navel may feel warm or painful. Start with lighter pressure to avoid abrasions. The area may develop small bumps or thick calluses, which will peel off and heal after a few days. These are normal phenomena.
It’s worth noting that the lower dantian point is located three horizontal fingers below the navel. It is a vital acupoint in the human meridian system. In qigong practice, emphasis is often placed on focusing the mind on the dantian and sinking qi to the dantian. Over time, a warm sensation (or coolness, numbness, soreness, heaviness, etc.) arises in the dantian region, slowly moving through the huiyin, weilü, mingmen, dazhui, yuzhen, baihui, upper dantian, middle dantian, and returning to the lower dantian, completing the Small Heavenly Cycle.
The characteristic of this technique is that direct massage of the lower dantian quickly stimulates true yang. This is the secret behind its simplicity, effectiveness, and rapid results.
Second Stage:
Practice both the first and second techniques once, followed by the third and fourth techniques once, totaling around twenty minutes. Practice this stage for 49 days.
The entire set of techniques lasts approximately 85 days (the mentioned durations and counts are approximate, not absolute).
Signs of success include:
1. Elderly and weak individuals experience increased appetite and sounder sleep, with noticeable improvements in health.
2. Young adults become more robust and virile (but should practice moderation).
3. Successfully opening the Small Heavenly Cycle or experiencing significant health improvements even without fully opening it.
To practice this technique, prepare mentally beforehand and commit fully. Success depends on personal effort, diligence, and perseverance—“The master leads you to the door, but success depends on yourself.”
After mastering the technique, continue practicing daily or intermittently to consolidate and enhance progress.
Each session takes only twenty minutes, not overly demanding, so why not proceed? Persistent long-term practice can lead to longevity and the elimination of various diseases.
The introduction ends here. Let us conclude with two sentences: “What is the ultimate purpose of detailed study? To benefit from longevity and eternal spring.”
