The Secret Art of Strengthening Yang - The Authentic and Complete Edition
During the Jiajing era, a notorious bandit named Niu Mo encountered an unusual person in his youth who taught him extraordinary techniques. Even in his nineties, he remained physically strong, committing murders, thefts, and rapes with no regard for morality. He was eventually captured. Before his execution, the prison official asked him, "At the age of ninety, you still have boundless energy. What secret art do you possess?" He replied, "Have you not heard that soil becomes bricks and tiles, wood turns into charcoal, enduring for millennia due to fire..." The authorities allowed him to live if he revealed his secrets. Later, Niu also reformed himself, living to be 152 years old and passing away peacefully.
This technique is based on ancient methods combined with modern principles of qigong, acupuncture, and massage, extracting and compiling the essence of these practices. Practicing this method can quickly yield noticeable results in fitness, strengthening yang, and curing impotence, premature ejaculation, and neurasthenia. It also provides immediate relief for minor ailments. Long-term practice can extend life and eliminate all illnesses.
The method involves using several special techniques to massage specific acupoints on your body every morning and evening for about 10 to 20 minutes.
There are four techniques:
First Technique:
1. Every morning and evening (before getting up in the morning and before going to sleep at night), lie flat on your bed with your pillow as low as possible, legs naturally straightened, feet apart at shoulder width.
2. Use your left hand's five fingers to grab the scrotum, massaging both testicles, appendages, spermatic cord, and the base of the penis with slight force until there is a tolerable pain sensation. Women should use their left hand to massage both breasts.
3. Simultaneously, press your right thumb on the navel, place your index finger on the middle finger's back, and use the middle finger's pad to massage along the line from the navel to the base of the penis for ten minutes. The speed should be around 70-90 times per minute, with one round trip counting as one time.
This is an extremely important technique used in the first stage of practicing this method. This technique is necessary to activate true yang and make it circulate, and it is also crucial for strengthening yang and treating impotence and premature ejaculation.
Second Technique:
Every morning and evening, lie flat on your bed, uncover your abdomen, cover yourself with a blanket if it's cold. Place both hands together, with the fingertips forming a circle around the navel. First, use the left hand's fingertips and palm root to massage counterclockwise 100 times; then use the right hand to massage clockwise 100 times. Finally, use the left hand again to massage counterclockwise 100 times.
This is an excellent method for strengthening the spleen and stomach. Some people have cured chronic stomach problems lasting over ten years by solely using this technique within three months. Occasional food stagnation or general gastrointestinal discomfort can be immediately relieved using this technique.
Counterclockwise massage is replenishing, while clockwise massage is draining. The sequence of left-right-left is replenishing and suitable for elderly individuals with weak constitutions, chronic loose stools, and clear urine. If you suffer from hard stools, obesity, red face, dry mouth, and tongue, use the draining method, which is the sequence of right-left-right.
Note: Two replenishments with one drainage constitute the replenishment method (left-right-left). Two drainages with one replenishment constitute the drainage method (right-left-right). Avoid only replenishing or only draining. Individuals with normal spleen and stomach can use the balanced replenishment and drainage method (left-right or right-left).
Third Technique:
Every morning and evening, sit cross-legged on the bed facing south, eyes lightly closed, fingers together. Use both hands' fingertips to simultaneously cross-massage the Yongquan points on the soles of both feet 200 times each. The Yongquan point is located at the depression one-fifth of the way from the first toe to the heel on the sole. Massaging this point nourishes yin, strengthens the kidneys, exercises the five organs and six腑(fu) viscera, activates internal qi in the kidney meridian, strengthens the body, and prevents premature aging.
Fourth Technique:
Rub your ears. Rub both ears simultaneously with both hands, posture arbitrary, from top to bottom. Continue until the ears turn red and warm. This is a holographic therapy because the ear is a miniature representation of the body, with corresponding acupoints for each part. Therefore, rubbing the ears is equivalent to a full-body massage. If there is a pressure-sensitive point on the ear, it indicates that the corresponding part of the body has a lesion. When such a point is found, apply more force during the massage. Once the pressure-sensitive point disappears, the corresponding lesion in the body will also heal. This is similar to auricular acupuncture. Inside the earlobe, there is a neurotic weakness point. Patients with neurasthenia usually find this pressure-sensitive point here. Pinching this point helps refresh the mind and treat neurasthenia effectively. Massaging or needling the Guangming and Zhong points on the ear has unique effects in reducing high fevers caused by colds and stopping vomiting.
The complete set of techniques is divided into two stages for practice:
First Stage:
Start by practicing the first technique for ten minutes, followed by the second technique for approximately three minutes, continuing for 36 days. This stage is the most important.
Now, let's introduce the theory of "meridian typology."
This theory suggests that there are four types of meridians in the population:
1. Extremely sensitive type;
2. Insensitive type;
3. Sensitive type;
4. Dull type.
In the population, the extremely sensitive type accounts for about 10%, the sensitive and insensitive types each account for about 40%, and the dull type accounts for about 10%. Among them, those belonging to the extremely sensitive type often feel warmth or coolness, numbness, soreness, heaviness, or itching in their soles after only one or two massages using the first technique (warmth is generally more common). This phenomenon is called "getting Qi," which represents the movement of true Qi within the body. For those of the sensitive type, after 3 to 5 massages, they will feel these sensations in their soles. For the insensitive type, they will "get Qi" after 3 to 5 days of massage. For those of the dull type, they will never feel these sensations or "get Qi," but even without Qi sensations, if they persistently practice correctly, they will still benefit from longevity and health improvement.
Second Stage:
After practicing the first and second techniques for about ten days, you may notice an increase in appetite, sounder sleep, and feel a warm current (or cool, numb, sore, heavy sensations) slowly moving from the lower Dantian (three horizontal fingers below the navel) through the Huiyin point (between the anus and the genitals), the Weilü point (tailbone behind the anus), the Mingmen point (on the spine opposite the navel), the Dazhui point, the Yuzhen point, to the Baihui point on the top of the head, then through the upper Dantian (forehead) and the middle Dantian (between the nipples) back to the lower Dantian. This phenomenon is referred to in the qigong community as the "Small Heavenly Cycle." The time required to open the Small Heavenly Cycle varies depending on individual meridian types. When you notice these sensations, you can use visualization to guide and accelerate the completion of the Small Heavenly Cycle. Visualization means imagining the flow of Qi following the described path step by step. Where the mind goes, the Qi follows. This is called visualization guidance. Modern qigong considers visualization as a kind of "force," known as "visualization power." For example, in qigong, phenomena like visualization-induced movement or retrieving pills from sealed bottles rely on "visualization power."
In the qigong community, it is believed that once a person opens their Small Heavenly Cycle, their body's immunity significantly increases, and diseases relatively decrease.
In the first stage, from the start of practice to about 15 days, at most 20 days, normal males experience nocturnal erections that are unusually firm. Patients with impotence and premature ejaculation begin to see improvements in their conditions. However, during this time, sexual intercourse should be strictly avoided, at least throughout the first 36-day stage. Even if experiencing involuntary emissions, sexual intercourse should be avoided. Normal involuntary emissions represent "fullness leading to overflow," whereas ejaculation during intercourse represents "removal." There is a fundamental difference between the two. Although normal involuntary emissions are better than ejaculations during intercourse, fundamentally speaking, preserving true Yang without external leakage is superior.
A method for calming Yang is: when the penis becomes erect, clear your mind, close your eyes, focus inwardly (imagine) on the Huiyin point, and relax the Huiyin point. After a few minutes, the erection will subside, providing a wonderful way to relieve sexual desire. With prolonged practice, Yuan Yang (primordial Yang) will become abundant, and the body will gradually become healthier. This is the key to successfully gaining longevity and health benefits from practicing this technique. Otherwise, it would fall into what is commonly referred to in folk circles as "bedroom arts" or "Yang Gang Fa," leading down the wrong path.
Matters to note in the first stage include:
1. Within 3 to 5 days, the fingers, palms, wrists, elbows, and arms of the right hand may feel sore and uncomfortable, especially for the elderly and frail. Persisting for about 10 days will naturally lead to adaptation.
2. The Dan Tian acupoint below the navel may feel warm and painful. Begin with lighter techniques to avoid abrasions. The area may develop small bumps and thick calluses, which will peel off and heal after a few days. These are normal phenomena.
It should be noted that the lower Dan Tian acupoint is located three horizontal fingers below the navel. It is a crucial acupoint in the human meridian system. In qigong practice, emphasis is often placed on focusing the mind on the Dan Tian and sinking Qi into the Dan Tian. Over time, a heat sensation (or coolness, numbness, soreness, heaviness) develops in the Dan Tian area, gradually moving through the Huiyin, Weilü, Mingmen, Dazhui, Yuzhen, Baihui, upper Dan Tian, middle Dan Tian, and returning to the lower Dan Tian, completing the Small Heavenly Cycle.
The feature of this technique is: using direct massage of the lower Dan Tian to quickly stimulate the movement of heat, or true Yang. This is the reason why this technique is simple, mysterious, and effective.
Second Stage:
First, practice the first and second techniques once each, then proceed to practice the third and fourth techniques once each, totaling about 20 minutes. Practice this second stage for 49 days.
The entire set of techniques requires about 85 days of practice (the number of days and repetitions mentioned above are approximate, not absolute).
Signs of success include:
1. Elderly and frail individuals experience increased appetite and sound sleep, with noticeable health improvements.
2. Young adults become more robust and beautiful, with enhanced libido (but must exercise restraint).
3. Successfully opening the Small Heavenly Cycle or experiencing significant health improvements despite not fully opening it.
When practicing this technique, thorough mental preparation is essential, followed by continuous practice. The key to success lies in personal effort and perseverance, as the saying goes, "The master leads you to the door, but success depends on yourself."
After mastering the technique, continue practicing daily in the morning and evening, or intermittently, to consolidate and enhance the benefits.
Each session takes only about 20 minutes, not very time-consuming, so why not enjoy the process? Persistent long-term practice can lead to longevity and elimination of all illnesses.
The introduction of the technique ends here. Let us conclude with two sentences: "What is the ultimate purpose of detailed study? To achieve longevity and eternal youth."
