4. Reduce visual burden. Cover your eyes with your palms every hour or so, letting your eyes rest for no less than 30 seconds, then slowly open your eyes after moving your hands away. Besides, when the eyes endure imperceptible flickering, it can also make the brain tired and cause headaches.

5. Pay attention to scientific diet. Avoid eating foods such as chocolate, coffee, and cocoa, because these foods contain substances that can cause blood vessels to contract. As the blood vessels expand, it will lead to a sense of pain in the head. Skipping or delaying meals may also cause headaches. You should eat more foods rich in magnesium elements, such as soybeans, seafood, walnuts, etc.
