Today, I'm going to repost a good article from a friend, hoping to share health knowledge with all of you.
Prostate diseases are male-specific conditions that trouble most men. How can we regulate prostate diseases in daily life? Below, I will introduce a massage method.
1. Massage the lower abdomen: Place both hands stacked on the lower abdomen, right hand on top and left palm in the center of the lower abdomen, and massage clockwise 100 times.
2. Wipe obliquely along the inguinal region: Bring the five fingers of both hands together, place the little finger side against the iliac crest, and wipe obliquely forward and downward along the inguinal region 100 times until there is a warm sensation in the lower abdomen.
3. Rub and press the Qu Gu acupoint: Use the peak of the right middle finger at the Qu Gu acupoint located at the edge of the pubic bone near the pubic hair, and massage forcefully 100 times until there is an acid distension sensation in the genital area.
4. Rub and press the Huiyin acupoint: The Huiyin acupoint is located between the anus and the scrotum, also known as the Lower Dantian. Place the peak of the right middle finger on the Huiyin acupoint, gently rub it 100 times, making sure the perineal area feels slightly warm and swollen.
5. Press and wipe the waist sacrum: Bring the five fingers of both hands together, place the heel of both palms against the lower edge of the rib arch, tilt towards the tailbone end, and repeatedly wipe obliquely up and down 100 times.
6. Press Yinlingquan: Use the thumb to press the Yinlingquan acupoint (located on the inner side of the tibia when the leg is straight) 100 times, causing numbness and tingling to radiate down to the legs or feet.
7. Supine cycling exercise: Lie supine, lift both legs as if riding a bicycle, and pedal 100 times.
8. Supine fan-shaped exercise: Lie supine, stretch both legs and lift them off the bed at a 40-45 degree angle, alternately abducting each leg 100 times, with the leg movements resembling the opening and closing of scissors.
9. Waist striking exercise: Stand naturally with feet shoulder-width apart. Keep your feet still, loosely clench your fists, rotate your upper body around your waist, and let your arms move like drumsticks. When your waist turns left, let your right fist or forearm strike the lower abdomen, and your left fist or forearm strike the coccyx area. When your waist turns right, let your left arm be in front and your right arm behind for striking, repeating this 100 times.
