Experts believe it is caused by incorrect cycling posture. For example, if the saddle is too high for the rider's height and physique, it not only causes discomfort and difficulty in coordinating movements while riding but also leads to constant friction between the perineum and the saddle because the rider can only勉强move up and down and sway from side to side. Especially when the front part of the saddle is higher, causing the rider's center of gravity to shift backward, or when the road is rough and bumpy, making the bike severely shake during travel, it more easily stimulates the perineum, leading to prostate congestion, swelling, and injury.
