Monday: Have seafood for the main meal; ride a bike or walk to work instead of taking the bus.

Friday: Don't drink coffee or alcohol; recite your shopping list from memory.
Saturday: Brush your teeth with the hand you don't usually use; take a shower with your eyes closed.
Sunday: Do crossword puzzles; go for a brisk walk outdoors. The study concludes: "An increasing amount of evidence shows that by training memory, enhancing spatial awareness, doing things out of the ordinary, and eating a balanced diet, one can improve brain function and become smarter."
