Each continuous facial massage can promote blood circulation and present a natural and balanced healthy skin tone. The massage can be performed both in the morning and evening. First, apply massage cream to five areas of the face (both cheeks, forehead, nose, and chin).
STEP1: Massage the temples in the right direction. Starting from the midpoint of the eyebrows, make large circular motions to massage the entire forehead, then circle towards the temples. You should feel the skin being lifted upwards.
STEP2: Massage closely along both sides of the nose. Use the belly of your middle fingers to closely follow the nasal groove and gently massage down the sides of the nose. This has the effect of relaxing the skin and preventing horizontal wrinkles. Massage three times on each side.
STEP3: Lip area massage. Use the bellies of your middle and ring fingers to slide from the center of the lower lip towards both corners of the mouth for a massage that helps relieve skin slackening.
