Choose the underwear that suits you when exercising!

Many people think that what underwear to wear during exercise has no impact, but it's not true. I used to think so! As long as it's not jeans, anything goes, and I didn't pay much attention to it. Now I know! It turns out that choosing the right underwear for exercise is very important...

From a gender perspective, women's bras should fit snugly but not too tight. If they are too loose, the breasts will move around, affecting exercise performance. If they are too tight, they can cause discomfort by restricting breathing. In addition, the straps of the bra should be wider to avoid chest tightness, shortness of breath, and poor blood circulation.

For underwear, both men and women should choose loose-fitting, breathable, sweat-absorbing cotton products. Slightly looser underwear reduces resistance during exercise. The waistband of the underwear should preferably be wider in size, and the underwear should not be too small, otherwise it may restrict movement and put pressure on the reproductive organs during exercise. If the underwear does not have good breathability and sweat absorption, the heat and sweat produced after exercise cannot be promptly dissipated, affecting the hygiene of the genitals. Therefore, it's best not to wear briefs or similar styles during exercise.
