Constipation
Constipation is not a disease, but a symptom of various diseases. It varies in severity, and can be temporary or long-lasting.
Constipation is characterized by a significant reduction in the frequency of bowel movements, occurring every 2-3 days or even longer, without regularity, with hard stools, often accompanied by a feeling of difficulty in defecation. Some healthy individuals may only have a bowel movement once every few days, but without any discomfort, this situation does not fall under constipation.
