Premature ejaculation refers to the condition where, after the penis is inserted into the vagina, the man ejaculates prematurely before the woman reaches orgasm and the intercourse time is less than 2 minutes, leading to sexual disharmony.

It is generally believed that about 30% of men may experience this situation. Although it seems like a minor issue, it can lower the quality of sexual life and may also lead to other sexual function disorders such as erectile dysfunction, which can have serious consequences and should be taken seriously and treated early.

Premature ejaculation is generally defined as the condition where a man ejaculates soon after the erection of the penis, even before entering the vagina, or just at the moment of penetration, or shortly after entering without any thrusting, after which the penis naturally becomes flaccid and enters the refractory period.

Clinically, if a man ejaculates before the penis enters the vagina while erect, it is diagnosed as premature ejaculation.
