Experts introduced that the most severe high temperature weather in Wuhan in July in history was in 1971. From July 12 to 27 of that year, Wuhan experienced 15 consecutive days of high temperature weather above 35℃. Since the year 2000, from July 11 to 18 in 2001, there were 7 consecutive days of high temperature weather; from July 11 to 16 in 2002, there were 5 consecutive days of high temperature weather; and from July 21 to 29 in 2004, there were 8 consecutive days of high temperature weather. Therefore, it is also relatively normal to have consecutive high temperature weather in July. Experts reminded that the hottest time of the year is from late July to early August.

Diet: You must drink more water and not wait until you are thirsty to drink, especially when sweating a lot, drink a little light salt water. Pay attention to a light and easily digestible diet, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, and consume sufficient protein such as fish, meat, eggs, milk, and beans.
