According to the broadcast on the Health Information Network (http://www.jiankangxinxi.com/), based on the latest information released by the News Office of the Ministry of Health regarding the prevention and control of the A/H1N1 influenza:

From 0:00 to 18:00 on June 8, Sichuan reported six confirmed cases of imported second-generation A/H1N1 influenza; Fujian, Shanghai, and Guangdong each reported one case of imported A/H1N1 influenza. Up to now, a total of 89 confirmed cases of A/H1N1 influenza have been reported in mainland China, with 50 patients already recovered and discharged from hospital, and 39 still receiving treatment in hospitals.

As of 18:00 Beijing time on June 8, according to WHO notifications, there were a total of 73 countries worldwide that had reported 25,288 confirmed cases of A/H1N1 influenza, with 139 deaths.
