How to use a wrist automatic sphygmomanometer:
1. In a quiet, relaxed, and natural environment, instruct the subject to sit upright with both feet flat on the ground.
2. Remove all clothing from the wrist so that the cuff can be directly wrapped around the exposed skin.
3. Instruct the patient to straighten their hand with the palm facing up. Place the sphygmomanometer on the patient's wrist 1 centimeter away from the palm, with the display facing up. Secure the cuff with a tightness that is comfortable for the patient.
4. Bend the forearm upwards and place it close to the chest, aligning the cuff with the heart. Use the right hand to lightly support the left elbow.
5. Press the start button. After automatic inflation and complete deflation, the blood pressure data can be directly read from the display screen and recorded.
