Summer Health Recipe for Lazy People

The dog days of summer are almost here. Whether stir-frying a delicacy over high heat or stewing some kind of rich soup, you're sure to be drenched in sweat. You don't want to eat any big fish or meat dishes; you just want to eat something sour, slippery, and cool. Ideally, there would be no hot pots or greasy fumes, and you could eat comfortably without becoming malnourished. Thus, lazy people have developed two major recipe systems: 1. Tomato sauce vs vegetables and others; 2. Fermented soybean paste vs vegetables and others. Eating according to these systems is extremely convenient. One batch of sauce can last at least three days.
