Polypoid lesions of the gallbladder refer to all non-stone lesions that grow polypoid from the gallbladder wall into the cavity. In our country, with the widespread application of B-ultrasound technology, the detection rate of gallbladder polypoid lesions is increasing, and its clinical and pathological characteristics as well as the choice of surgical timing have been widely studied. If a gallbladder polyp is greater than 1 cm, it is best to undergo surgery first in order to prevent the occurrence of cancer.
