In June 2001, the hospital took the initiative to undertake the Spring Rain Project for Hepatitis Prevention and Treatment organized by the Health Department of Henan Province and the Henan Province Pharmaceutical Administration, providing free training for hepatitis prevention and treatment knowledge to ten thousand rural doctors across the province.
