Principle of laser treatment for melasma
Common vascular lesions are caused by abnormal reactions of the dermal capillary network and an increase in superficial dermal vessels. The laser emitted by the VERSA.PULSE laser skin system can penetrate into the dermis, where it is selectively absorbed by red blood cells in target blood vessels. Heat is then conducted to the vessel walls, causing endothelial cell coagulation. Meanwhile, the pressure generated by the heat causes the vessel walls to rupture.
