This method of relieving cervical spondylosis symptoms has been proven effective through my personal experience. If you are suffering from the pain and worrying about the symptoms of cervical spondylosis, you can try my method for relieving these symptoms!
Lie down on the bed on your back with your back against the edge of the bed, head hanging downward over the side of the bed. This posture uses the weight of the head to traction the temporarily unloaded neck, causing the neck to extend backward. Holding this position for a while allows the neck tension to be fully relieved. This posture is beneficial in creating a vacuum in the intervertebral discs of the cervical spine. Slowly tilt your head back until you can see the floor, then raise your head until you can see the wall opposite your feet. This process helps create intermittent vacuums between the vertebrae. The vacuum draws water into the cervical intervertebral discs and spreads it to all the joints in the neck, lubricating neck movements. After absorbing water, the cervical intervertebral discs return to their natural state, stretching and separating the cervical joints.
In the past, when I had an episode of cervical spondylosis symptoms, I initially endured it, but most of the time I couldn't bear it. Then I would go to the hospital for intravenous drips. However, the reduction of cervical spondylosis symptoms was very slow, and the feeling of nausea would last for a long time without relief. Moreover, I had to receive at least three consecutive days of intravenous drips, enduring much torture. Now, using this method to relieve cervical spondylosis symptoms, I don't need to go to the hospital; I can treat myself at home. And it works fast - after doing it just a dozen times, symptoms such as nausea and dizziness disappear immediately.
