The polluted air discharged from the production line is directly sucked into the dust removal chamber through the air inlet of the dust collector. By using two methods of pressure reduction, speed reduction, humidification and dust removal, the dust in the air is removed. The clean air is discharged from the air outlet under the action of the induced draft fan (completely in compliance with national environmental protection requirements when discharged outdoors).
The dust in the polluted air enters the filter after entering the dust removal chamber with the spray water flow. First, the floating objects are discharged outside the filter, and the sediment flows into the two relative sedimentation chambers for circulation and sedimentation under the dual action of the pressure pump and pressure valve, and is discharged regularly. The discharged materials can be collected and reused to achieve the purpose of turning waste into treasure.
Then, the water flows back into the dust removal chamber for the next cycle. The electronic deodorizer produces high concentration of ozone which enters the dust collector together with the polluted air, and completes the deodorization process during the humidification process (O3↓→O2↓). Lime powder is added in the ashing machine to desulfurize SO2↓ in the air (Ca(OH)2↓+SO2↓=CaSO3↓+H2↓O), and the dust removal rate reaches 98.6%.
