On November 2, Li, a 46-year-old female urban management supervisor from Jiangsu province was patrolling when she noticed a shop had placed items on the sidewalk. She then got into an argument with a man in his sixties. The urban management supervisor was beaten severely by the old man who straddled her and kicked her abdomen repeatedly. She is still in the hospital where she has been urinating blood. Doctors preliminarily suspect her bladder is ruptured.
