YTO Express was contacted initially as it is relatively cheap for intra-city delivery in Shenzhen. However, each of its outlets has a different telephone number. It took me three or four inquiries to find out the telephone number of the outlet near Nanshan Haiya. Moreover, I had to contact the delivery person directly, instead of having a customer service representative arrange for an available staff member. Therefore, when I called that day, the delivery person informed me that he was too busy that day and could only provide the service the next day.
