For patients with cerebral hypoperfusion, engaging in scientific exercise is an indispensable part of rehabilitation. It plays an irreplaceable role in improving blood circulation, promoting metabolism, and reducing the accumulation of lipids in blood vessels. Patients with cerebral hypoperfusion should adhere to moderate exercise. Below are four simple and effective exercise methods:
1. Trembling Method: Posture, movement, intention: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, hands naturally hanging down, legs slightly bent, whole body relaxed, eyebrows relaxed, face with a smile, and the whole body trembling up and down rhythmically. After trembling for a while, stand relaxed, imagine all the sick qi, turbid qi, and fatigue qi in the body flowing into the ground through the already unblocked meridians. After expelling the sick qi for a while, abandon the thought of expelling the sick qi, focus on the lower dantian for a while, internally visualize the situation of true qi running inside the body, finally take three deep breaths, and sink the qi into the lower dantian as the finishing move. This exercise can be practiced anytime and anywhere without being restricted by the venue.
2. Walking Exercise: Posture, breathing, intention: When walking, the heel lands first, walk step by step, use abdominal breathing, that is, when inhaling, imagine the true qi from the universe entering the body through all the capillaries, when exhaling, imagine all the sick qi, turbid qi, and fatigue qi in the body being expelled through all the capillaries, penetrating the sky. Breathing should be combined with the speed of walking, not too fast. Elderly people who practice walking with their heels landing first can stimulate the kidney meridian, thus having the effect of strengthening the kidneys and consolidating the root.
3. Running Exercise: Posture: Slow jogging, breathing, intention: Abdominal breathing, that is, when inhaling, imagine the true qi from the universe entering the body through all the capillaries, when exhaling, imagine all the sick qi, turbid qi, and fatigue qi in the body being expelled through all the capillaries. Breathing should be combined with the speed of running, not too fast.
4. Natural breathing can expel sick qi; mainly treats neurasthenia, dizziness, and head distension. After practicing, one feels tall and dignified, with a clear mind. It is especially suitable for mental laborers to practice; it is a holistic adjustment, making the whole body feel relaxed after practice. With sound assisting qi and standing palm method: Posture, breathing "extend both arms downward, fingertips upward, press the palm roots down, emit nasal sounds while exhaling, relax both arms and hands at the same time, use sound to promote qi, and feel the sensation in the palms along both arms downward. You can also push forward with both hands standing in front, with both arms extended horizontally. This helps to unblock the meridians of both arms, assist in emitting external qi, and use the heat qi emitted from the laogong point, which has a good effect on treating cold syndromes; it can treat diseases related to the zang-fu organs associated with the three yin and three yang meridians of the hand.
If timely and effective treatment is taken in the early stage of cerebral hypoperfusion, the condition can be controlled and reversed. Among them, performing the above four types of exercises will have a better auxiliary therapeutic effect, accelerating the recovery process of patients with cerebral hypoperfusion.
