It's September 9 again, the Double Ninth Festival. In ancient China, "six" was regarded as an unlucky number while "nine" a lucky number. So on September 9 two lucky numbers meet, therefore called Chong Yang (double ninth/lucky number), or "Chong Jiu" (double nine), did you know?

Double Ninth Festival is also the Elderly Day. Who does not have parents? And who has not felt the heart-stirring love from parents? Parents give us the greatest love in the world and place high hopes on their babbling and toddling children. When children's lives set sail out of the warm harbor of their parents and head towards the unknown shore of life, their ever-thinking and solicitous parents silently pray for them.
