In 2004, under the leadership of the General Manager of Anxi Zhen Tiange Tea Factory, the Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative was established in Changkeng Township, Anxi County. There are 116 tea farming households and 14 tea merchants participating in the cooperative, accounting for 91% of the total number of households. Among the members of the Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative, 88 people have obtained national vocational skill qualification certificates, including 2 senior technicians, 8 technicians, 50 senior workers, 12 intermediate-level workers, and 16初级level workers. The entire village of Zhen Tian has an arable land area of 392 mu, a mountainous area of 3709 mu, and a tea garden area of 1008 mu. In 2006, the per capita income of farmers was 5154 yuan, with more than 3100 yuan coming from the tea industry. The establishment of the Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative has become a benchmark and window for external promotion for Anxi Zhen Tiange Tea Factory. As the largest production base for the factory, the cooperative not only owns large-scale production and processing facilities but also possesses a group of skilled talents trained through practice and training, which is crucial for ensuring the quality and optimization of Tieguanyin tea products.
Additionally, since its establishment, the Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative has hired experts and professors as advisors; founded the first farmer research institution in the country - the "Anxi Zhen Tian Farmer Tea Research Institute" to serve tea farmers; organized technical training and exchanges, implemented the "five unifications" method of tea garden management, and established 10 direct-sales websites for tea farmers to conduct online transactions, achieving significant benefits. First, the safety and quality levels of tea have significantly improved, with all tea produced by members meeting national tea health and quality safety standards. Second, the cost of tea garden management has clearly decreased, saving the cooperative 100,500 yuan in 2006. Third, tea-making skills have significantly improved, increasing the average selling price of tea in the cooperative by 30 yuan per kilogram in 2006, representing a 25% increase compared to the same period in 2005. Fourth, the collaboration awareness of members has increased, with the mechanism of shared interests and shared risks fundamentally transforming the overall awareness of the cooperative. Fifth, 10 direct-sales counters for cooperative tea products have been established in major and medium-sized cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Xi'an, Hainan, Fuzhou, and Quanzhou, with annual sales reaching 33 million yuan.

The General Manager of Anxi Zhen Tiange Tea Factory is a retired soldier trained by a certain unit of the Beijing Military Region. Returning home in 2000, he demonstrated the great military spirit of perseverance, fearlessness, and courage to fight, along with a strong revolutionary style. Despite his family's poverty, he started as a tea farmer and wrote a legendary story in Anxi, the hometown of Tieguanyin tea: In 2005, he began his entrepreneurial journey with the official opening of Zhen Tian Tiange Tea Company, writing the first page of his future entrepreneurial blueprint. In 2006, under the advocacy of Su Xingmao, President of the Anxi Tea Association, he established Fujian's first tea cooperative - Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative and served as Deputy Director of the cooperative. In August of the same year, to enrich his tea knowledge and enhance his business philosophy, the General Manager successfully passed the dual certification exams for Senior Tea Taster and Senior Tea Processing Technician. He was also honored to be appointed as a judge for the 2006 Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative Technical Evaluation Competition.
2007 was an extraordinary year. On March 12th, accompanied by Anxi County CPPCC Chairman Su Yulin, former Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial CPPCC, Mr. Su Ming visited our factory and the cooperative, leaving an inscription, infusing boundless vitality into the enterprise. The autumn harvest was abundant, and this year not only produced high-quality autumn tea, but Anxi Zhen Tiange Tea Factory also achieved remarkable success, winning the Gold Award at the Fifth International Agricultural Products Exhibition held in Jinan, Shandong Province from October 12th to 16th under the guidance of the Fujian Provincial Department of Agriculture as the sole representative of Anxi Tieguanyin tea. In terms of raw material selection, priority is given to self-owned tea gardens and high-altitude pollution-free premium rough tea purchased from designated locations. Standardized operations are carried out for tea screening, picking, blending, baking, and packaging, with specific operating procedures and technical essentials established for each link, and operations are strictly conducted according to the procedures. On November 27, 2007, the online trading launch ceremony of Zhen Tian Tea Farmers' Tea Cooperative and the 2007 Autumn Tieguanyin Initial Processing Technology Evaluation Conference were held in Zhen Tian Village, Changkeng Township, Anxi County. Dong Diwei from Fujian Provincial Agricultural Research Institute, He Changlong from Quanzhou Municipal Agricultural Bureau, and Li Wentong from Anxi Tea Association participated in the launch ceremony.
On March 2, 2006, the Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative was established in Zhen Tian Village, Changkeng Township, Anxi County, marking the establishment of Quanzhou's first tea cooperative. The cooperative is voluntarily formed by tea farmers, tea merchants, and tea enterprises. It is a win-win model solving problems related to dispersed tea production and operation, promoting advanced technologies, expanding sales markets, and safeguarding the interests of tea farmers.
In March 2006, Anxi Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative signed a supply and safe use contract with the "Minnan Oolong Tea Pollution-Free Tea Garden Production Materials Distribution Center." The supplier provided pesticides and fertilizers to the cooperative at wholesale prices, unified scientific application guidance for tea farmers, and registered pesticide usage for 101 member households, achieving unified supply of pesticides and fertilizers. This ensured the "source" of tea production met standards, providing reliable guarantees for tea quality.
On April 30, 2006, the "2006 Spring Anxi Tieguanyin Initial Processing Technology Competition" was held at Anxi Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative.
In October 2006, Anxi Zhen Tian Tea Cooperative held an autumn tea production technology training exchange meeting, inviting senior agricultural technician Lin Huoliang, tea production technology expert Chen Guorong, and Chen Lianban to give lectures on autumn tea production technology.
