In daily life, we often encounter the problem of clogged drainage pipes. Here are a few small tricks for unclogging pipes.

Baking soda and vinegar method: First pour half a cup of baking soda into the drain, then pour in half a cup of vinegar. The reaction between the baking soda and the acid in the vinegar can remove sticky substances in the pipe.

Round wood method: First insert a round piece of wood with a diameter close to the drain opening into the pipe, and put a certain amount of water in the sink. Continuously and quickly move the wood up and down. Under the action of suction and pressure, the dirt in the pipe will be washed away.

Bicycle pump method: When the kitchen drain is blocked, you can insert the rubber tube of a bicycle pump into the drain, then add a small amount of clear water, and continuously pump air into it, which can unclog the pipe.

Hydraulic pressure method: Take a plastic pipe (or rubber pipe) with a diameter of 10 mm and a length of about 1 meter. Tighten one end around the faucet and insert the other end into the clogged part of the sink. Wrap a cloth around the outside of the rubber pipe and tighten the drain outlet of the sink. Turn on the faucet and turn it to the maximum. The pressure of the water is enough to flush away the blockage.
