According to the survey, office workers are currently the most depressed group in society. Nearly 40% of them have thought about committing suicide. It's easy to imagine how high their stress and depression index is. Thirty-five percent of office workers want to beat up their nitpicking bosses and annoying colleagues, which has led to an increasing number of disputes and conflicts in the workplace. Eighty percent of them feel that the most frustrating thing is "often being held back or slandered by colleagues". Simply put, it's "running into small-minded people". It seems that the human resources department in companies should offer a class on "how to guard against small-minded people". Indeed, in the jungle of workplace relationships where deceit and betrayal abound, some people become so obsessed with fame and wealth that they become short-sighted and unscrupulous, willing to step on others to climb the ladder. Just dealing with those who want to pull you down is exhausting, and you also have to constantly dodge the cold arrows shot from the dark. Appeasing them would condone their wickedness, and alienating them might invite retaliation. No wonder the "Dun" hexagram in the I Ching interprets it this way: "A mountain under the sky, Dun. The superior man keeps away from the small-minded people, not out of hatred but out of strictness."
