"Doing business all over is not as good as opening a restaurant," with this simple idea, I unhesitatingly threw myself into the catering industry. Now, sitting on the cold stone steps outside the door of the restaurant that has just closed, and thinking about this sentence, all I can do is to give a bitter smile. Here I would like to seriously warn my peers who are about to or want to enter the catering industry: there are risks in running a restaurant, please think twice before you enter!
