I propose the concept of "contractual marriage." Based on this reasoning:
A couple originally consists of two unrelated individuals, yet marriage binds them together tightly, which carries too much risk. However, "contractual marriage" can successfully address this issue. The method of operation is as follows: before marriage, both parties sign a marriage contract with a duration of 5 to 10 years, similar to a labor contract (a probationary period can be specified according to specific circumstances). The most important point to emphasize is that the distribution of assets must be clearly stated in the marriage contract to avoid unnecessary trouble. During the contract period, if one party is dissatisfied with the quality of the marriage, they can breach the contract but must pay a certain amount of penalty fee. Any children produced during this period will also be awarded to the non-breaching party as part of the penalty fee. Upon the expiration of the contract, if both parties are satisfied with each other, the marriage contract can be renewed; if one party is dissatisfied, the marriage can be dissolved according to the terms of the contract. The custody of any children produced during the marriage will be decided through mutual agreement between the parties.
