This is a mysterious vehicle model, somewhere between a car and a motorcycle. If it ever hits the road domestically... it will definitely be stopped. This V13R model, introduced by Italy's Cirbin company, features a unibody design with a triangular balance structure. The tubular support chassis is hidden within the body made of fully tempered fiberglass. It is powered by a 1250cc Harley-Davidson liquid-cooled V-Twin engine, paired with a 5-speed sequential transmission system. The open-top cabin can accommodate two passengers, and the driver can adjust the distance to the pedals according to their needs. The dashboard displays three key indicators: speed, fuel level, and mileage. The external lighting system integrates three lighting modes: high beam, low beam, and daytime running lights, along with indicators for turning and braking. Although we are somewhat reluctant to call it a real car, especially when we hear its price tag of around $39,995, we must say that the Cirbin V13R is indeed a very special small vehicle. Just don't drive it domestically... confusing the traffic police is also quite a significant mistake.
