The first sentence is: Excellence is a habit.

This sentence was said by the ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle. If excellence is a habit, then laziness is also a habit. When people are born, except for temperament which may vary due to nature, most other things are basically formed later in life, as a result of family influence and education. Therefore, every word and action we take are habits accumulated over time. Some of us have formed very good habits, while others have formed very bad ones. So from now on, we need to make excellence a habit, making our excellent behavior commonplace, turning it into our second nature. Let's get into the habit of thinking creatively, doing things seriously, being friendly to others, and appreciating nature.

Note: You need to know how to "pretend", to continuously and uninterruptedly "pretend". If you pretend long enough, it becomes real, it becomes a habit. For example, being punctual for meetings, always arriving on time, try pretending, pretend for 30 years and see, after pretending for a long time, it forms a habit.
