The national committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce (ACFIC) for hairdressing will implement a national plan to improve the skills of hairdressers starting from today. Any person who has worked in the hairdressing industry for one year or more can submit an application to the professional committee for hairdressing, to go to designated teaching locations to enhance their hair styling skills. The professional committee for hairdressing will sponsor 70% of the tuition fees, and outstanding students can even receive full sponsorship from the professional committee for hairdressing. This plan is named the "Spreading Wings Plan". The first station for the implementation of the Spreading Wings Plan is set in Guangzhou.
