In Zhuhai, Guangdong, Ningtang Village near the Zhuhai campuses of two universities has now become a "guesthouse village" and an "apartment village". On September 19th, a reporter went deep into Ningtang Village for an interview. Without visiting Ningtang Village, one cannot imagine how booming the business here is; signs and advertisements for guesthouses can be seen everywhere in the village streets and alleys. In the morning, the reporter noticed that from time to time, couples would come out of the daily rental rooms. "There are almost no vacant rooms from Friday to Sunday, while it's easier to rent rooms from Monday to Thursday."

Recently, public opinion was in an uproar over the "accompany-sleep gate" incident at Yunnan Minzu University. This incident made many people feel that many Chinese universities today have degenerated into brothels. In today's era when Chinese universities generally fail to connect with world civilization, in terms of sexual thoughts and physical relationships, Chinese university students are leading the way among global universities. Male university students are open-minded, and female university students are even more so. The situation at these two universities in Zhuhai is just the tip of the iceberg for Chinese universities. In fact, the situations at universities across the country are not much different. How open are Chinese female university students?

The reporter found that although there are many universities here, there are very few nearby bookstores, but hotels abound like stars in the sky. Every evening, pairs of university student couples check in together. During Friday to Sunday, the hotels are especially crowded. Additionally, many nearby rental apartments are rented by university student couples. It can be seen that cohabitation between male and female university students is very common on campus.

Under the pretext of renting a room, the reporter entered a "hourly room" to check it out. Inside, there were double beds, furniture, appliances, bathroom facilities, and network equipment available. What shocked the reporter the most was that every room had condoms placed in it. Here, the rent for a daily rental room of 10-15 square meters is 50-80 RMB, while an hourly room of the same area costs 20-30 RMB/2 hours. It can be seen that the university student couples who come here to rent rooms are mostly from families with relatively good financial conditions.

Facing the reporter's interview, Xiao Guan, a male student from the school, said that "fast-food" relationships in universities are not conducive to the healthy development of mind and body. "Moreover, with tuition fees being so high nowadays, parents work hard to earn money. It is truly shameful for students to waste their youth and money like this." However, a recently graduated female student named A Ling expressed her view on university students opening rooms: "Many students on campus have physiological needs, and the supply generated by demand is quite normal." Such words coming out of the mouth of a female university student is indeed astonishing. How open are Chinese female university students?

Ms. Zhang, the owner of a guesthouse, also confirmed to the reporter that the guesthouses and apartments in the village are all rented to students from nearby universities, and the vast majority of those who come here to rent rooms are student couples. Another boss surnamed Li said: "The girls here are very open-minded, and some even often bring different sex partners to open rooms, literally changing 'boyfriends' every week." It can be seen that the thoughts of female university students are even more open than those of male university students.

Even prestigious universities in China like Tsinghua and Peking, which have been around for a hundred years, rank very low in the world, let alone other universities. Although Chinese universities cannot rank among the world's top universities, it is truly baffling that university students in China are so open-minded in terms of sexual thoughts and physical relationships.
