An awesome method to dramatically improve your English level

In the network era, learning English is actually very simple. However, most people spend more time looking for English learning materials than actually studying the language. Below are some of my methods for combining online resources with study. Believe it or not, in three years, I went from barely passing the CET-4 to scoring 210 on the advanced interpretation written exam and 232 on the oral exam.
