The first stage: Study the book carefully (including some summary materials). The tutoring books are more or less the same, no need to have too many, one set is enough. I started preparing for the civil service exam in October and bought two sets of civil service tutoring materials. I carefully read both sets of materials from beginning to end. I learned about the basic content of the exam and gained a certain understanding of the basic question types. Then, by reading some summary materials, I gained a deeper understanding of the question types. After that, I put the tutoring materials aside and never looked at them again. Of course, during the process of reading, I had already taken detailed notes. (This roughly took about half a month.)
