In accordance with the unified arrangements of the school Party branch, I actively participated in the political theory study organized by the school. I studied the speeches and documents of the central government and the provincial, district, and system Party committee leaders about the in-depth development of the "Striving for Excellence" campaign. Taking the advanced examples that emerged from the study and practice of the Scientific Development Concept as role models, I compared myself to find the gaps, clarified the direction, and formulated measures. The main work focused on several aspects.
