What class do Harvard students love the most? It's not finance or management, but rather "Justice: What's the Right Thing to Do?" Professor Michael Sandel's ethics course is the first to be freely available on the internet and public television. It set a record for the highest cumulative number of students and the most participants in a single semester in Harvard's history (1,115 students participated in the fall of 2007). Many Chinese students have voluntarily translated and subtitled it in Chinese, making it popular online. It turns out that discussions about morality can also be captivating.
