The table question is a new type of question in the new TOEFL test, and it has appeared in both the listening and reading sections. However, unlike in the listening section, when the table question appears in the reading section, it includes inquiries about the key points of the entire text as well as questions about the main theme and conclusion of the text. They appear in the form of comparison tables and summary tables. Therefore, compared to the table questions in the listening section, the difficulty level of the table questions in the reading section is slightly higher. In the IBT reading's three articles, there are two such questions, and they are usually the last question of the article, worth 2 points.
