Since the implementation of the UK visa points-based system on April 1, 2009, during the past year, the UK Border Agency has made multiple adjustments to the policy regarding Tier 4 (student) visa applications for the China region. In the time ahead, changes in UK visa policies will continue. The UK Border Agency is planning to introduce more visa policy changes in April 2010, and there will be further standardization and adjustment concerning English language tests.
