Changing majors is not difficult when studying in the UK.

Almost every study-abroad country has very strict management over students changing their majors. Especially when applying for graduate school after undergraduate school, many countries including the U.S. and Australia only allow students to enter into a major related to what they studied in university - it is difficult to cross disciplines or change majors. The U.K. is an exception though as its environment for changing majors is relatively relaxed.
