Under the patient guidance of my department and with the strong support of the company, I have basically completed the tasks assigned by the company effectively in the **** year. Meanwhile, during this process, I have learned a lot of things and applied them to my work, which has increased the work efficiency compared to last year. However, due to personal factors and the imperfection of the company's system, the work efficiency did not reach the results I expected. Now, I will summarize the important work of this year as follows:

1. Sample making ① The number of sample making is 793, an increase of 20.3% over last year, but the appearance quality problem has not been fundamentally solved, and no better effect has been achieved, and the success rate of sample capturing orders is low. ② Although the shortage of sample materials is not an important obstacle to sample making, it is the main factor that accounts for 15.6% of the total number of sample orders that were not completed this year. ③ There are inconsistencies between the materials used for samples and the materials used for production orders, and this problem has not been eliminated. ④ The management of sealed samples is still a loophole, and there is no effective measure to control the loss of sealed samples, which is a major shortcoming of the sample matters this year.

2. Coordination of daily production quality ① Although a great deal of work has been done in quality control in the daily production workshop, there are still many problems, resulting in 21 customer complaints this year. ② Good cooperation has been made in communication with new customers and new process requirements. ③ The communication and cooperation with the purchasing department is relatively smooth, but very passive. The lack of purchasing information sources has resulted in no price competitiveness.

3. Resolution and response to customer complaints With the growth of shipment volume and the tightening of quality requirements this year, the number of customer complaints reached 21, a decrease of 2 from the **** year. Among them, the Xishi issue was the biggest quality issue of the year, and although other issues, big or small, have been effectively resolved and responded to the customers. But in solving these problems, the following points were directly reflected: ① The communication method is not yet scientific enough, and the tracking of issues is not strong enough; ② The degree of cooperation from relevant departments of the company is not enough, and delays often occur.

4. Assistance in the development of new products and product and objective performance testing. ① In the tracking and testing of assisting in the development of new products, my personnel and the engineering department almost always complete the projects assigned by the technical department on time. ② Due to the lack of correct standard technical instructions and the imprecision of equipment, this is the main factor for the insufficiency of the engineering department in this work.

5. Tracking customer inspection This task has a higher one-time inspection pass rate than the **** year, but still lacks the skills and experience to persuade product defects.

6. Product certification work is the work I feel more successful this year.

Looking forward to the new year, I strive to do well in the following work plan: 1. The completion rate of sample work should reach 90% effectively and timely, and the accuracy rate of product testing and standards should reach 98%. 2. Complete a set of standard inspection technical instruction books with the help of the technical department from January to May. 3. Strive to complete the standardization and shortening of the internal line length of all pot types by mid-April, and strive to reduce the average cost per pot by 0.05 yuan per pot. 4. Complete the filing change of material usage in the original certificate recognition book in August (find a cheaper manufacturer than the original material). Strengthen the quality efforts and at the same time vigorously explore ways to reduce costs from the material aspect.
