Jiangxi Adds a New Software Institute at Jiangxi University of Technology to Recruit 250 Students This Autumn
Recently, I learned that upon approval by the Provincial Department of Education, a new software institute will be established this year at Jiangxi University of Technology and will formally begin second-tier undergraduate recruitment this autumn, with plans to enroll 250 students.
According to available information, this software institute adopts the educational model of the 37 national exemplary software institutes, has been approved by the Provincial Department of Education, filed with the Ministry of Education, and is part of the national unified enrollment plan. In accordance with the national strategy of "leading industrialization through informatization and promoting informatization through industrialization," as a direct school-affiliated institute, it will fully utilize the comprehensive strength and educational resources of Jiangxi University of Technology. Through cooperation with multiple large companies such as ZTE Software, Zhongtian Electronics, and Shanghai Jiepu, the institute will focus on cultivating compound software development talents who are knowledgeable in both mining, metallurgy, metal materials, and related fields, as well as skilled in relevant application software development.
