Due to forwarding a satirical poem related to teachers downloaded from the Internet to other teachers in the school, Mr. Zhang from a school in Shijingshan District received severe punishment from the school. Mr. Zhang believes that he cannot accept the school's punishment, so he sued the school in court.
In the complaint, Mr. Zhang stated that in mid-January this year, he saw a satirical poem titled "The Principal's Three Smiles and the Teachers' Three Cries" online. He then downloaded and forwarded the poem to some colleagues' emails.
