According to the death penalty enforcement order issued by the Supreme People's Court, the Nanyang Intermediate People’s Court lawfully executed the death penalty on defendants Jia Haiwen and Li Zhongyang and other criminals. Other members of the criminal gang were sentenced to fourteen and fourteen and a half years in prison respectively. According to Mr Zhang's introduction, last December 11th, due to company need, he rented a car from a car rental company called "Satisfied Car Rental" on Fuhe Middle Road. But what I didn't expect was that when I asked for my deposit, the boss of the rental company said that the deposit had already been returned to me." Mr Zhang said, "I still have the receipt, how could the rental company possibly refund the money to me?"
Huge investment and low profit inevitably leads to enormous financial pressure on car rental companies. In 2010, Zipcar spent hundreds of millions of yuan to purchase 6600 vehicles at once. In 2011, it originally planned to invest billions of yuan to purchase 25000 vehicles. This plan was later scaled back. Especially since spring 2011, Zipcar's speed of purchasing cars has significantly slowed down, showing its financial pressure clearly.
