Xinhua News Agency, March 27th -- On the provincial road 309 from Kangjia Cliff to Linxia in Gansu Province, there are often agricultural motor vehicles loaded with wheat straw driving on the road. These fully loaded farm vehicles look like moving giant haystacks on the road, and their traffic safety is really worrying.
