Audio Common Sense - The Most Important Thing: Fuses
Fuses:
Since 1986, I have been in the electronics repair industry and believe that many people do not understand the role of fuses. Or they only let the exterior of appliances smoke (transistors, resistors...).
Annotation:
Letting the outside of the appliance smoke is a useful part of the appliance, processed to be as light as paper.
The Function of Fuses:
Generally, there are three reasons for inserting fuses into appliances. In appliances, it can arbitrarily protect the power source and wire connections of output power appliances, or protect electronic devices. Electronic component manufacturers specify that if some electronic components in a circuit are damaged (when they are damaged, it may be due to excessive current passing through the electronic components); the rated fuse in the circuit will blow before the electronic component is damaged or the circuit is disconnected. If a fuse larger than the rated fuse is used, a small mistake could cause serious damage to the appliance. Assuming this hasn't happened, you know more about the appliance than a technician does. When you replace a blown fuse with a fuse larger than the rated one, you would ask yourself if you can do so. When installing electronic components, don't rush too much; take your time to get the right fuse. If the fuse is used correctly, it will only cost 50 cents, better than spending $50 at a repair shop to replace electronic parts.

In the next chart, things get a bit complicated. You can see that under wire A, the pulley distributes power. Wire A has enough specifications to deliver power to two amplifiers. Generally, 4-gauge wire is used as a main power wire. Rated fuse A must protect wire A. A fuse rated for less than 150 amps can adequately protect 4-gauge wire and the transmitter. Additionally, fuse B protects wire B and fuse C. The connection points X and Y are very likely to short circuit unless they are the same specification as wire A (or larger), which poses an unavoidable danger.
