Conditions for applying for a driver's license

1. Applicants for a driver's license should meet the physical requirements that both thumbs are intact, and three fingers of each hand are intact. The movement functions of the limbs and fingers are normal. The trunk and neck shall have no movement dysfunction.

2. For those applying for a manual transmission car driving license, their movement functions should be normal, and the length difference of the lower limbs shall not be greater than 5 cm. For the application of a motor vehicle driving license, the applicant shall not be color blind to red and green.

3. People who are both deaf and dumb cannot apply for a motor vehicle driving license.
