Conditions for applying for a driver's license

1. Applicants for a driver's license should meet the physical requirements that both thumbs of the upper limbs are intact, and there must be three other intact fingers on each hand, with normal movement functions of the limbs and fingers. The trunk and neck should have no movement dysfunction.

2. Applicants for a manual transmission car should have normal motor function and the length difference of the lower limbs should not be greater than 5 cm. Applicants for a motor vehicle driver's license are required to have normal color discrimination and should not be red-green color blind.

3. People who are both deaf and mute are not allowed to apply for a motor vehicle driver's license.
